At OMG, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by our portal.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
